Just a refresher on the attached fillable “Business Tools Customer Request Form”. We started to use this form a long time ago for submitting dist/customer’s request on their BT orders, such as reshipment, add items to order, address change, shortage of items received, lost or damage, etc. CSR fills out the form and Sup emails it to bt.team@organogold.com.

The form has been slightly updated and posted in CSR server under the folder of 17# Affiliated websites​. Please help remind our agents of this BT request form and how to use it.
