The low inventory products are: King of Coffee, Hot Chocolate, Cafe Supreme, Latte, and Black Coffee.
KOC and Hot Choc are already labeled “out of stock” in backoffice. Supreme will be labeled as well once it’s getting very low in stock.
Instead of turning off all those products, we will take back-orders on Latte and Black coffee. Latte is already on back-order since today, and Black coffee most likely next week. Logistics will give updates.
The US warehouse will be including a “special gift”, either an OGX Hat, or a book “Think and Grow Rich” – the warehouse will choose which one to send, and with an apology note (see below).
We are checking if it’s possible to post an “expected delivery date” for the back-ordered items in shopping cart.
The Shipping team started today to call those distributors with back-ordered Latte, to apologize and explain the situation. In case there are too many orders coming up next week, we will need our call center agents to help out.
We will try the best to make sure that PSPs and Autoship are not going to be affected by “out-of-stock” or “back-order”.
Also, Sales/Marketing will continue to focus and push on OGX for now.
