We will suspend the operations in Singapore, effective May 15th, 2018. The performance of the business in Singapore in the recent years, does not allow us to sustain the level of service that Organo has as a standard for our distributors. For this reason, we are forced to suspend our operations.
Leaders with business in Singapore have been informed, and a communication (eblast) will be sent to active SG distributors today (the draft attached). The CSRs in Malaysian office will start calling the distributors who were active in past 12 months or have commissions in OG wallet.
In addition, Distributors wishing to continue with Organo may do so by transferring their distributorship to Malaysia or another duly authorized country in which Organo conducts business.
The SG customer service toll free number will be disconnected on July 31st, 2018, and emails from singapore@organogold.com will be redirected to Main Support after July 31st, 2018.
