When the We receive calls from the distributors/customers, regarding their case with OVT, please transfer the call to the Five 9 queue “OG Verify“, the OVT staff will take over. In case the call gets disconnected, please take the note and forward to Rebeca’s team (Patricia, Andrea, and Rebeca), they will offer a callback.
Every case under order verification may have its particular scenario, it will be hard for us to handle the call if they don’t know what we should be saying especially for sensitive matters. The best way is to hand over to Order Verification Team.
