FYI, the Richmond warehouse will offer the contactless curbside pick-up option soon, for Canadian orders. Attached is the guidelines posted in backoffice. The eblast will be sent to the distributors and customers in BC province.
It is important to know that people need to receive the notification email from the warehouse when the order is ready for pick-up. If the order is placed before noon, it will most likely be ready for pickup within the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 pm will be ready for pick-up the next day.

Place your order online via your Backoffice or shopog.com and select ‘pickup’ upon checkout. If you cannot place your order online, you may contact customer service at 1-877-674-2661 and they will gladly assist you in placing your order. |
You will receive an order confirmation via email, please take note of your Order #. |
You will receive a notification email from our warehouse when your order is ready for pick up. Please make sure this email has been received to avoid any delay when picking up your order. |
Upon arrival, call 778-297-5229 to speak to one of our warehouse personnel and provide them with your Name (must match authorized person’s name as indicated on the order invoice), Car Plate #, Order# |
Park your vehicle at the designated pick-up parking spot near the warehouse back entrance (shipping & receiving) as our main doors will be locked. |
Thank you for your patience. While waiting for your order, please open the trunk of your vehicle. You may be asked for identification, please be prepared to show a valid photo id through your window. |
An ORGANO personnel will then bring the order to your car and place it inside your trunk. |
