We sent the below eblast on Oct 16th (last Friday) to the affected members in the US, regarding their backorders containing the out of stock items – Green and Red Teas,  the whole orders are being held at the warehouse.
Those are Autoship orders from retail customers and dps processed after Oct 8th. We expect the Teas will be replenished before the end of this week.
