Starting mid-September, the rate of chargeback increased suddenly for the Retail Customer Orphans. This organized crime grp started by placing an order directly on our corporate website and now, they are calling us to help them place an order.
Pls see below actions that we need to do once we receive a call from a retail customer orphan.
1) Phone #9177373172 – the person who used this phone number called us a couple of times and he used different identities to place an order

When he calls again and asks us to place an order for him, pls do so but do not process the payment (pretend it is declined). 2) If aretail customer orphan contacts us(email chat phone) and asks us to place an order for over$200. Pls do not process the payment (pretend it is declined) and request for the following documents.

3) If aretail customer orphan contacts us (email chat phone) and asks us to place an order of less than$200. Pls process the order but just let us know. The legit retail customers would normally place an order directly in the corp site, therefore the ones who will contact us will not be that many.
