Mexico had the situation of products being back-ordered or out of stock, agents in Canada have been receiving inquiries. Here are the latest news from Mexico office:
Black coffee and Latte (back-order):
CEDIS Pachuca, CDMX and Edo de Mex received Black Coffee and Latte last weekend. CEDIS Torreon, Cancun, Culiacan and Tijuana are receiving the product this week. Pickup will be readytomorrow, shipment will be made no later than this Friday, January 26th.
Mocha and King of Coffee (back-order):
MX office received Mocha and King Of Coffee today and started sending products to all warehouses.The pickup and shipment will start tomorrow, Jan 24th in some CEDIS, and for all warehouses byFriday Jan 26th. For KOC, the estimated date for pick up and delivery will be on Monday, Jan 29th.
All orders placed prior to January 17 will be sent by 2-days delivery to avoid further delays. An e-blast will be sent today to announce that the shipments will be resumed from tomorrow.
Out of stock Items:
1) Black Ice – estimated to be available in warehouses on Monday, Jan 29th.
2) Capsules – MX office is working to update the permit that is required for import, in addition, they are also updating the packaging, so the new arrival of capsules will be in new packaging. They are working hard to get back capsules as soon as possible but there is no exact date yet.
