FYI, the current Stater Kit in US and CA will be soon replaced by a new North American Starter Kit that includes all 3 languages – ENG, SPA and FRE in one Kit. The new starter kit will have the following contents:

1- Same Starter Kit box

2- Same set of Organo product sampler (12 beverage sachets)

3- 8 Independent Distributor Application forms (USA – 2 ENG & 2 SPA; CAN – 2 ENG & 2 FRE)

4- Income Statement

5- 1 Policies and Procedures booklet (North America version)

6- 1 Condensed Welcome Home booklet.Since we are running low on the current French starter kit, we plan to launch the new North American starter kit in Canada first to cover the need for  French starter kit.
Early this Mar, we sent out a letter to the leaders to inform them about this change, and we sent the letter to leaders again recently. The same letter will be sent to all DPs in Canada when we go live with the new starter kit.

FYI, beU Retinol Anti-aging Moisturizer SKU1240 has been turned off temporarily in BackOffice and Datatrax, for Canada only, as we will be out of stock soon. 
The estimated time for the new shipment arriving in Canada will be on Aug 4th. Will keep you updated when we turn the item back on.

We have received several complaints about the KOC being grainy and doesn’t dissolve completely.

If we receive more complaints about this, we can explain that the reason for the deposits is due to the fine texture of the Ganoderma Spores. The finer the powder the greater the chance of blending with the other ingredients in the coffee, thereby, forming a deposit which results in the grainy residue observed at the bottom of the cup.

Due to the Ganoderma being a natural ingredient, variances in texture and appearance can occur periodically. 

The suggestion is a more vigorous mixing with hot water at the beginning and perhaps half way through the cup will help dissolve the contents of the sachet.

If the DP or CS is still not satisfied, we can always replace it with another lot#.  Pls just advise the agents to be clear when they send a ticket in the EM.
