Cognition Monthly and Family Subscription

Cognition Monthly and Family subscription are live in backoffice and datatrax. The US and CA price lists have been updated, as attached. 
Please take a look at the page 3 – Cognitive Health & Wellness, here are some key notes:
– CognitionFamily Pack monthly/yearly subscription will give 4 users access to NeuroTracker’s program. One is the primary user who places the order of subscription in the OG system, and three additional users can be added by the primary user on the NeuroTracker platform.
– Cognition RenewalsWe have the plan to add autoship automatically with the Monthly and Yearly subscription. If the renewal (or autoship) is declined, the list will be accessed in the EM ticketing system, we will contact the dps for renewal or cancellation. This workflow is still being built in the EM system, more details will follow.
– Cognition UpgradesThere are 5 types of Cognition Upgrades. For the 1st one on the list SKU 8005 –  Cognition Upgrade – Single User to Family Pack, Yearly subscription, the price will be prorated depending on the number of remaining months in their current single user yearly subscription.
For example: a US DP bought the single user yearly subscription in April, 2021. In July, he will upgrade to the Family yearly subscription:

  • His yearly subscription is from April 2021 – March 2022, this will not change.
  • He paid US$300 for Single User Yearly subscription and used it for 3 months from April to June, $75 out of $300 was spent, and with $225 credit
  • He will get Family pack for the remaining 9 months from July 2021 to Mar 2022, so he will need to pay $375 (500/12*9)
  • The prorated price for upgrade: $150 ($375-$225). Because the system does not prorate the price itself, the price set for SKU 8005 is $500. The CSR will need to adjust the total payment in order entry, according to how many months being used and how many are remaining.


The 3 upgrades from monthly to yearly subscriptions (SKU 8007, 8008, 8009), the user will get 12 months for the yearly subscription from the date of purchase.
In Backoffice, only the upgrades that the DP/RC are entitled to will be available. For example,  Cognition Upgrade – Single User to Family Pack, Yearly subscription Upgrade will only shown for the users who already had single user yearly subscription.
