We have updated the google sheet for the Free Shipping qualifiers in October from the US and Canada. The 45 qualifiers achieved star achiever status consistently in July, Aug, and Sept.

@Rovie: PH agents please offer those DPs a courtesy call and help them place the order of 450PQV with shipping cost waived.
For the qualifiers in Aug and Sept who have never used the free shipping credit, we will continue to allow them to use it this month.

Everyday Essentials Promo Packs Backordered in USA

Please be reminded that Everyday Essentials promo packs (SKU#20200901US) have been backordered in the US since Oct 8th when Green Tea and Red Tea – the components of this promo pack – became out of stock. 
The promo pack’s orders placed since Oct 8th are being held in the warehouse, and we anticipate the shipping time will be around the end of next week the earliest. 
PH agents will help contact those affected DPs to inform them of the situation. Please advise the agents, when DPs from the US call us to buy this promo pack, we have to inform them of the backorder situation and delay on shipping.

Dear ORGANO family,
As Thanksgiving appears to remind us that the holiday season is around the corner, I wanted to take a moment to reflect on what has transpired during this year.
Recent months have been tough for everyone. There is a new world to navigate, a “new normal” amid the COVID-19 pandemic. Social distancing may be keeping us from the ones we love, but it can also bring us together to work for a unified goal: overcoming obstacles and growing in the process.  
There is no instruction manual for how to feel at times like this, but I choose gratitude over anything else today. The simple acts of kindness I’ve seen in our OG family and the hard work displayed during the toughest moments we’ve lived as a humanity confirm this feeling for me.
That’s why I want to express my sincere appreciation to you as a valued part of the ORGANO family. The commitment and work shown during these months ensures that our message of positivity and wellness reach every corner of the planet. I admire and respect that.
I hope this Thanksgiving day becomes a celebration of what we have: those precious moments and memories we’ve made so far, and the ones yet to come. I extend my wishes of safety, health and peace for each and every one of you.
Thank you again for your dedication, patience and constant efforts to take care and make the OG family grow.

FYI, we have run out of Teas in the US. Red Tea SKU 510-US is turned off temporarily in EVO shopping cart, and Green Tea SKU 505-US will be turned off around 1 PM PST tomorrow, Oct 9th.
Please remind the agents not to place an order with Teas when the product is labeled as “out of stock”.
We estimated the new shipment from supplier will arrive in the US at the end of next week.
