Guide how to redeem Free Expo ticket New Venture Pack 2’s buyers

Hi Team

We know that the New Venture Pack 2’s buyers will get a Free Expo ticket and the ticket need to be redeemed within 30 days from the pack purchase date. In case the distributors need advice how to redeem the ticket, here are the steps that they can follow:

  • – In next page, fill in the distributor’s ID#, create the password, the rest of fields of Dist. info will be automatically filled,

  • – Click on the arrow in blue tab and go to next page of Purchase Ticket, you will see the free Expo ticket message is on the top, and total amount is 0.

  • – Click on the arrow and the free ticket will be redeemed.

Please note, the free ticket cannot be assigned to any other distributor’s account. However, if distributor wishes to assign the ticket to co-applicant of the same account, we can ask IT to make adjustment, please report these cases to TL’s


Charge back cases

For the chargeback cases endorsed by TL, pls make sure that dist needs to complete a ccaf and send it via email  (chargeinquiry@) or fax.


VOT Process

We know the Order Verification is being handled by Shipping Dept. (Rebeca’s team). When the We receive calls from the distributors/customers, regarding their case with OVT, please transfer the call to the Five 9 queue “OG Verify“, the OVT staff will take over. In case the call gets disconnected, please take the note and forward to Rebeca’s team (Patricia, Andrea, and Rebeca), they will offer a callback.

Every case under order verification may have its particular scenario, it will be hard for us to handle the call if they don’t know what we should be saying especially for sensitive matters. The best way is to hand over to Order Verification Team.

 


Latam US$1 Business Kit Promo Extended

Breaks:

Please try to take your breaks on time, if for some reason you miss your break, coordinate with your teammates. So distributors are not left unattended

Autoship Modifications:

Remember as a procedure if you receive an inquiry from a Distributor about modifying the AS and the Distributor owns the BackOffice renewal – we are not supposed to modify the AS until the BackOffice is Paid. This can also lead to Upselling opportunities if the distributor owns more than 2 years.

Leave requests:

Please remember to check our CSR calendar before arranging any leave.

The purpose of this command is to inform distributors/customers that we may take some time to review their account. We need to let them know that we are working on their request, in that way they will not feel unattended and also to avoid abandoned chats.
