EM Customer Inquiries

The new feature of Customer Inquiries, an internal escalation tracker within the CS dept. is available now at EM site, https://exceptions.oghq.ca/distributor
Each call center can start using this system from now on, please do not hesitate to let us know if you have any questions or concerns in using this tool. 
Attached please find the SOP and the list of customer inquiries that we received frequently.
