Please be informed that orders paid by OGPay are to be refunded manually if they wish to cancel their order.  It used to be an automatic process until we found some errors in the system.  

We will still do the same process on our end – complete the OCF form when we cancel status 2 orders or when we received status 3 and 4 orders.

FYI, G3 Soap 3 Pack SKU 905CA is currently out of stock for Canada only. It has been turned off in BackOffice Shopping Cart and Datatrax Order Entry.
We will receive the shipment towards the end of January.
