According to the final testing done by the teams in the past few days, we did not encounter any major issues. Therefore we ask everyone to start using our new EM ticketing system on Monday, Mar 1st. All the new exception tickets should be submitted at exceptions.oghq.ca going forward.

We will remain the old ticketing system maybe for a few months as there are still some open or pending tickets that need to be cleaned up.
