OGPay transaction fees

We have gathered all the transaction fees that we have for OGPay.  Pls note that for #1, it is no longer $3 for the transaction fee outside the US.  It is now $1.50 and up depending on the service they will choose.  The OGPay FAQ and OGPay international Banking transfers guide will be updated accordingly. 

1) You can move money to any savings or checking account from your OGPay® Wallet. Each transaction costs $1.00 within the US and starts at $1.50 outside the US, depending on the service chosen. Additional fees may apply and be charged by your banking partner.  Please contact your bank directly for more information.


2) You can load money onto your OGPay account from your credit/debit card. The cost to load from a debit card is $0.50 and to load from a credit card is 3.00% of the load amount. Funds loaded via a credit/debit card will fund in real-time.

3)  You can load money onto your OGPay account from your US Checking / Savings account. The cost to load any amount of money from a US Checking / Savings account is only $1.00 (USD). Funds loaded via a US Checking / Savings account could take as long as 3-4 banking days to complete

4) You can buy and sell digital currencies in the OGpay platform with the amount fee of $1.00 USD plus 1.3% of the total value.

5) Your physical debit Visa Card can be used Internationally where Visa is accepted. If you make a purchase or withdrawal in a currency other than the currency in which your card was issued, the issuer may assess a foreign currency conversion fee of 3% on the transaction amount.

6) Your physical debit Visa Card has $2.00 International ATM Withdrawal and $1.75 Domestic ATM withdrawal.

7) You can load money directly onto your OGPay debit card by using other commonly used cash load services which are available at many participating retail locations around the world. These services are not available for the virtual debit card as you need to present the plastic personalized card to complete the load.

a) Visa Readylink – Fees of up to $5.95 may be charged by the retailer when reloading your card through Visa ReadyLink ($3.74 at Walmart)

b) Western Union – A $3.95 loading fee will apply. ($3.74 at Walmart) and a $2.00 processing fee will also be charged to your account.

c) MoneyGram – A $3.95 loading fee will apply. ($3.74 at Walmart) and a $2.00 processing fee will also be charged to your account.

EM Customer Inquiries

The new feature of Customer Inquiries, an internal escalation tracker within the CS dept. is available now at EM site, https://exceptions.oghq.ca/distributor
Each call center can start using this system from now on, please do not hesitate to let us know if you have any questions or concerns in using this tool.
