According to the final testing done by the teams in the past few days, we did not encounter any major issues. Therefore we ask everyone to start using our new EM ticketing system on Monday, Mar 1st. All the new exception tickets should be submitted at exceptions.oghq.ca going forward.

We will remain the old ticketing system maybe for a few months as there are still some open or pending tickets that need to be cleaned up.

This is to inform you that the OGPay will have a new look which we will be launching anytime soon.  The look is fresh and the content is relatively consistent with what the company offers.  Also the FAQ is updated which is the same as the BO.
